CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $20 deposit. Clients who repeatedly cancel late or no-show may be required to prepay in full before booking future appointments. Continuous cancellations and no-shows will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings.
